  • REGISTRATION FEE: Your registration fee includes the cost of meals provided during the conference: Friday lunch; Saturday breakfast, lunch, break, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast and lunch.

  • SATURDAY EVENING DINNER/SOCIAL: Saturday evening's themed dinner is going to be a boot-stompin' good time! Get ready for some good ole line dancing lessons, then show off your new moves with a DJ spinning the tunes. Don't forget to bring your cowboy hats, boots, and best country outfits - you won't want to miss out on all the fun

  • MEETING ATTIRE: Casual, but we recommend bringing an extra layer as hotel and conference rooms can sometimes be cool.

  • OPTIONAL FRIDAY NIGHT EXCURSION DINNER & TOUR OF NASHVILLE: SAF is offering an optional Friday night excursion featuring dinner at the renowned Paula Deen's Kitchen on the Cumberland River, followed by a guided nighttime motorcoach tour of Nashville. Highlights include the Parthenon, Music Row, Bicentennial Park, Broadway and Honky Tonk Row, the State Capitol, Grand Ole Opry House, Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and more.   • REFUND POLICY: Attendees who cancel their registration on or before January 31st, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $40 processing fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be offered on or after February 1st, 2025. Credits for future events will be considered in cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. If the conference is cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be available.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY: Throughout the conference, there will be a professional photographer/videographer to document and capture images and experiences for use in our publications, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your photo or video taken, you can opt out when completing the online registration form.

  • ATTENDEE ROSTER: SAF intends to create a roster of attendees, including names, city, state, type of scarring alopecia, cell phone number, and email addresses, to facilitate future connections and networking. If you would prefer not to be included in this roster, please opt out on the registration form.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA: Share your conference experience on social media using our dedicated hashtags #SAF25Nashville and #SAFBlazingTrails. Follow us for updates and connect with other attendees by posting your thoughts, photos, and highlights.
