  • The discounted room rate is available three days prior to the conference and three days after to extend your stay in Nashville. 

  • To reserve your room, a deposit of the first room night will be required with a major credit card. 

  • All reservations must be placed on or before March 4th, 2025. We cannot guarantee the discounted room rate after this date. 

  • Hotel parking is available at discounted rates: 

    • Overnight Self Parking - $10 a Night

    • Overnight Valet Parking - $25 a Night

    • Day Parking (For non-hotel guests) - $10 per Day
